One refund rule
What this is. A single set of terms for everything: no terms text, one refund policy with one rule (cancel the day before, full refund).
Why it's here. Several sets of terms is a switch, and it's off here. One rule is all a weekly class needs.
Not used on this setup.

Refunds & cancellations
Cancel the day before and your money comes back to your card. On the day there's no refund, but do come to another class instead and tell me at the door.
Cancelling online
You can cancel from My bookings. What comes back to your card depends on how many days before the start you cancel:

For a course, days count to its first date. For a payment plan, the refund is a share of what you've paid so far, and later payments stop.
Privacy
Hollow Oak Yoga keeps your name, email address and booking details so that Hazel can run the classes you book. Nothing is shared, and you can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.
